Run Command was used to execute scripts across multiple EC2 instances simultaneously, automating routine maintenance tasks like clearing cache, restarting services, and applying patches.
Automation workflows were created for complex processes such as setting up new environments, ensuring consistency and reducing setup time from hours to minutes.

OpsCenter:

OpsCenter provided a centralized view of operational issues, integrating with CloudWatch to surface alerts and streamline troubleshooting.
Engineers could quickly access relevant information and resolve incidents faster using predefined runbooks.
